Sign in with your CSS account to see your pipeline. New here? Request access below and your Admin will email you an invite — or choose “Have an invite code?” if you already have one.
Create and manage logins for every CSS tool that shares this sign-in. A CSS Rep is tied to a person on the CSS List; the other roles aren’t.

Anything removed from Frontline waits here for 30 days, with its links and files, so a mistake can be put back. After 30 days it is scrubbed for good. Only Admins see this.

Send one message to everyone who has a Frontline login. Each person gets their own copy, so nobody sees anyone else’s address, and replies come to you. Never put a password in an email: anyone who can’t remember theirs gets a new sign-in code from their row in Manage Users.

A private link to a read-only page with dates, summaries and versions. It does not need a Frontline login, and it leaves out who asked and the technical notes. Revoke a link and it stops working at once.

Airtable is switched off. Every read and save now goes to the database only. Anything the database could not answer, and any server error, is listed here so a week of real use shows what is left. Only Admins see this.

Every company on file — search before creating a new one to keep this list deduplicated.
Every contact on file — click one to view, edit, log activity, or delete it.
Log a call, email, or meeting against a contact, and see the feed of what's been logged.
Tradeshows & events, associations and lunch & learns in one place. Click any row or card to see its notes, contacts, projects and costs.
Jobs enter Operations when a manager releases them from Commit or Closed Won. Each shows its Production Status and compliance flags from the Operations profile. Click a job to open it; click a column header to sort.
| Sales stage (CSS) | Sales status | Operations phase | Where it shows |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prospecting · Qualified · Needs Analysis · Proposal / Quote · Negotiation / Legal Review · Proposal Sent · On Hold | Open / Proposal Sent / On Hold | Recon | Pipeline only — not in Operations yet |
| Commit | Won | Mission | Operations — enters here and stays while the work is underway |
| Closed Won | Won | Debrief | Operations — Debrief view (work done, closing out) |
| Closed Lost | Lost | Debrief | Leaves Operations (a Committed job that falls through drops out of both views) |
Operations looks only at Stage, never at Status. Sales moves a job to Commit; from then on the Stage dropdown on the job (Commit → Closed Won) is how it moves through Operations.
| Production Status | Scheduling |
|---|---|
| (not set) · Need to Schedule | Ready to schedule — appears in Need to schedule |
| No Contract · Pending Return · Permitting | Not ready — contract or permit still outstanding |
| Ongoing · On Hold | Already scheduled / in progress |
| Need to Bill · Completed · Canceled | Leaves scheduling — shown under Finished |
| Every crew assignment marked Completed | Leaves scheduling automatically (Schedule Completion), even if Production Status hasn't been updated yet |
Production Status is set by Operations (Admin, Manager, Operations Manager, Superintendent). Sales reps can see it but not change it.
Crews and equipment on jobs, by day. Conflicts and long moves between jobs are flagged on the bar. Drag a job from the queue onto a day, or drag a bar to move it.
The exact rules the app checks each job against. A rule is only suggested when every part of it matches what is entered on the job. Click a rule for its citation and verification details.
Teams, people and their certifications. Anything expired or expiring within 30 days is flagged first. Click a person for contact details and certifications. In Team view, drag a person onto another team to move them.
Fleet status and hours to the next service. Open a unit for its components, parts and service history.
The price list the GP Calculator picks from. Edit a name, unit or price right in the table. Prices copied onto an estimate stay with that estimate, so a change here only affects lines added afterward.
Work a campaign’s call list: log each call or email and the next touch is scheduled for you. When a company says yes, book the Lunch & Learn — the CSS rep is emailed the date and every contact we know.
Where every booth kit is, what it is going to, and which pieces are missing or broken. Open a kit to change its status, who has it and which show it is on, and to check its pieces off.
Estimates and change orders waiting on a sign-off you can record. Click an estimate to review the numbers and approve it or send it back with a note for the CSS; click a change order to open its job and review it there.
Roster view — open jobs, open pipeline value, and closed won/lost per rep. Click a rep to see their pipeline.
Upload a spreadsheet or a business-card photo — each becomes an editable row below. Nothing saves until you press Save.
CSV or Excel — the header row can be anywhere, names can be one column or split First/Last.
Take or upload a photo — up to 9 cards in one shot.
Ask a question, report a problem or suggest an improvement. We attach the page you’re on, so you don’t have to explain where you were.
Jobs belong to the CSS Rep who owns them. When someone asks to look at one, the owner (or a Manager) approves or denies it here. Approved access is view-only until it is ended.
Call, email, or meeting — logged against one of your contacts.
Personal display preferences — saved on this device only.
Fix any words the microphone got wrong, set the type, then send. Each issue becomes a Help ticket with the page and record you were on, plus a picture of your screen.
